Cryotherapy Glass Balls (pair)

Cryotherapy glass balls (also known as facial ice globes or cryo balls) are hand-blown or high borosilicate glass spheres filled with a non freezing liquid, designed to be chilled and massaged over the face to soothe and sculpt the skin.

How to use them:

Chill: Place the glass balls in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes before use (avoid leaving them in the freezer if the manufacturer warns against freezing, as extreme temperatures can crack the glass or damage delicate skin).

Prep: Apply a facial oil, serum, or moisturizer to clean skin so the globes glide smoothly without tugging.

Massage:

• Forehead: Glide outward from the center toward the temples.
• Eyes: Gently roll or hold under the eyes from the inner corner out toward the temples.
• Cheeks & Jawline: Sweep outward from the nose and chin toward the ears.
• Neck: Roll downward to encourage drainage or upward for a lifting effect

Clean: Wash the globes with mild soap and water after each use and store them safely
