Beauty Spa Wellbeing knows the importance of providing a reliable ordering and delivery service. Our team goes to great lengths to ensure you get your order when you need. For more information, read our frequently asked questions.

 

When is the best day of the week to place an order?


To ensure you get your order on time, we suggest you place your order early in the week. Be aware that if you place an order on a Friday, the courier will deliver on the Monday. Problems can occur if your salon is closed on Mondays. The courier will be unable to deliver your parcel and it will go onto the next delivery cycle, which may be 48 hours later.

How can we ensure we get our order when we need it?


Be as specific as possible in your delivery instructions on your order. This ensures we send your parcel at the best time and can provide detailed delivery instructions on the package for the courier.

How long does it take for you to dispatch an order?


We do our very best to get parcels out the same day. We use NZ Couriers because we have found them to be the most reliable service.

Do you have an overnight courier service?


You can request an overnight service or a two-day delivery option, which is cheaper.

Why do I have to request for an invoice when paying?

There are times when an order may not necessarily be accurate at the time it was made particularly freight costs, a separate invoice issuance allows us to ensure that the cost for shipping is accurate and not detrimental to you.
